Need Medication For Burning And Stinging Sensation Below The Knee And Calf

Last night I felt a sharp burning or almost stinging just below my knee on my calf. I looked down, and noticed a bulging vein. I have a few veriicose veins so I thought this was just another one coming. Now I have a fairly large bruise there but no more bulging vein. Just wondering if it is normal or more serious

It is difficult to comment just on the basis of single day symptoms. I would suggest you to wait for two three days. Till then you can take following treatment.
1. Brufen for pain relief
2. hot water fomentation
I hope your symptoms will subside after that. If it persist then show it to a surgeon. You may need a ultrasound also.
