Ok I will try to keep this short. Back in June last year I was diagnosed with chronic rhinosinuites. I was put on 3 months antiboitics and nose drops which seems to have helped. I can hear ok and do every day tasks it when I talk I get in my ears like a vibration and if I rub the side of my ears they react to it. I can go into busy places etc and when I'm in a car or outside it seems better. Wondering what else I can do to get rid of this problem, would steam inhalation help?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chronic rhinosinuites which seems to be due to blockage of sinuses of nose with mucus. It could be due to blockage of Eustachian tube, nasal polyp and sinusitis. I would suggest you to take steam inhalation as it will give immediate relief. You should take levocetrizine as it will open up sinuses. You should do warm saline gargles as well. You should take antibiotics as well. You should visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and get blood tests done. You should get nasal sinus x-rays as well. You should put nasal drops and nasal sprays. Avoid cold beverages and hot spicy food. Sip on warm water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
