Need Medication For Clearing Ingrown Hair On Lower Abdomen

I am 19 weeks pregnant and have a bad ingrown hair on my lower abdomen. Is it safe to use quinoderm containing benzoyl peroxide Potassium Hydroxyquinoline sulphate to treat. I am concerned about using the cream on my abdomen as I am pregnant and do not want it to have any adverse effects and effect development of my baby.
