Dark patches on the skin can be treated with natural skin lightening agents like milk, lemon, turmeric paste (home made face pack) application at least twice a day. Niacinamide and Licorice root extract are also effective. Papaya face packs and mulberry extracts work well. Exfoliate your skin from time to time. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Always wear sunscreen when outdoors. Get enough sleep, drink plenty of water. Keep your skin clean and moisturized.
