Need Medication For Food Poisoning Which Is Causing Indigestion
My boyfriend has been throwing up a dark green liquid for the last 8 hours and having cold flashes even though it is 80 degrees here. could it be food poisoning? the only thing he ate yesterday that I didn't is some sour patch kids candies. should i take him to the emergency room?

it can be mild gastroenteritis... if he is having continuous vomiting it can lead to dehydration... give him plenty of fluids. and note if he's having fever and diarrhoea too. give him antibiotics like tab ciproxin 500mg twice a day for 5days.take him to the emergency department and get his blood cp and LFTs done
