Any kind of anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen 400mg twice a day or diclofenac 50mg 3 times a day. If this not enough try to combine together with paracetamol 500mg, 2-3 times a day. If this still not help, try to find a doctor and perform a Chest X-Ray.
