Need Medication For Pain & Swelling Of Foot Due To Fall
i fell 3 days ago and my foot is painful, i have no swelling or bruising. my little toe and outside of my foot feels really numb. underneath my foot is tender. the outside of my foot is painful to touch.im not sure how to help myself. dont really want to go to the hospital if i can help it.

Hello,
X-ray of the foot should be done to rule out fracture which may be cause for pain. X-ray do the foot anteroposterior and oblique views should be done from radiology centre nearby you.
Meanwhile, tab Diclofenac twice a day can be taken for pain relief. Visit orthopedic surgeon is recommended if X-ray report is abnormal.
