Need Medication For Stomach Pain After An Injury
My 4 year old granddaughter fell off of the top rung of a bunk bed step ladder. She landed flat on her stomach, and is complaining of stomach pain (points to right above her belly button). There is no visible sign of bruising or injury. Do we need to seek medical attention?

Your grand child has fallen from moderate height giving the abdomen to the floor.
Child is complaining of pain right side of abdomen and there is no swelling or bruise.
Madam falling flat on a floor with out sharp objects do not injure internal organs.
Kindly press with moderate firmness(no heavy pressure) on all aspects of abdomen,in case child cries or complaints of pain take to doctor in person.
Have a watch on activity of kid,respiration, appetite and motion passage for 2days.
