Need Medication For Testicle Swelling Usually Noticed While Running
I have testical swelling and it comes and goes, when going to college and out a long day it stayes down - if i go running it swells up what can i do? If i rest it can go down. I think my penis also swells at time too and ive checked for lumps on testicals but havent found none.
HI. A very good observation. I have noted that you have not mentioned about pain or so. Most probable cause of this typical swelling may be : Varicoele , meaning engorgement of the veins , which enlarge when you are running as the blood flows down with gravity. It goes down the moment you rest as the blood flow to the heart in antegrade manner is improved. Another small possibility is about a hernia. Clinical examination by a General Surgeon / Urologist will confirm the diagnosis. Ultrasonography with color doppler is done in suspected varococele. Get a proper diagnosis. There is no medicinal treatment for such swellings; You may need a corrective surgery, be prepared.
