Need Medication For Zit Looking Irritations That Have Tiny Red Rings Around With Pus?

Hi, I am a type 1 Diabetic, had a case of MRSA with 4 infections on my body, cured all infections and have been clean of MRSA for almost 2 months now. I am still getting zit looking irritations that have tiny red rings around them with white pus in the middle. Are these just pimples? They have all gone away after a few days of close watching but could they be MRSA that just doesn't get worse? I am stressing about these and feel like the stress may be causing them.
