Need Medicine For Acne.

Hi, I was suffering from acne. I was put on YAZ bcp and spiro and I had it for six months and had clear skin. My derm stopped both the medication as she said she did not want me on hormonal medication for long and introduced Acnonac (medicine which has NAC, ALA, Inositol, Chromium polynicotinate and Zinc Gluconate) twice daily. However, my oily sin n small breakouts started coming back... I visited her last week and she has prescribed me Azithromycin once daily for 10 days in addition to acnonac. I was dreading if my acne would return once again as I have my wedding scheduled in the end of this month. Will stopping antibiotic after 10 days and only taking acnonac will cause my acne to return?? Can i get a permanent solution for acne?

Hello.
Thanks for the query.
Azithromycin can be used but it is an antibiotic and cannot be used for longer period,
Acne treatment needs a combination of approach.
Please follow this regimen.
1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face.
2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep.
3. In early morning apply clindac gel.
4. After bath apply suncote gel.
Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement.
