Hi, i used to be 46kgs (I'm 152cm tall so quite short) and I was very Brit and toned. I ran 12 knackered a day and also did strength work. However I wasn't eating healthily, I would binge eat on sweets and chocolate. I've just been on holiday and lost the time to exercise and have put on a lot of weight and lost my toned figure. Are you able to suggest a good diet I could use to help me get back into my healthy lifestyle? Thanks
