Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your TSH level is very low with high T3. So it suggest hyperthyroidism.

You should take drugs like propylthiouracil or methimazole. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

You also have enlarged lympnode. It can be reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis, lymphoma or metastatic carcinoma. So you should go for fine needle aspiration cytology of that lymph node. Then take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. if you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
