Need Treatment For Amoebiasis With Mucous In The Stool.

I am suffering from Amoebiasis by last 13 days. where mucus is coming in stool. I have used Norflox TZ twice for 5 days but it could not resolve the problem. then I started PrePro of Fortus company twice for 5 days that could resolve little but not complete. What I have to do and what medicine I should take? Please help me out.

Thank for your query.
Noted the history of suffering from Amoebiasis for the last 13 days, mucus in stool, used Norflox TZ but the problem is not resolved, Prepro also did not help, wants to know what to do next.
Your history indicates that there may be an associated problem particularly related to colon which needs further evaluation as follows:
Send the stool for tests on three consecutive days.
Tests if blood and urine.
Ultrasound of the abdomen and CT scan if required in suspected cases.
Trial with another antibiotic and Metronidazole.
Continue Prepro and take activated charcoal and multivitamins.
If there is still no relief, colonoscopy can help to get an accurate diagnosis and proper management.
