Need Treatment For Abdominal Pain,vomiting And Diarrhea With HIV Positive

I've been to the emergency room 3 * in the past month my bad abdomen pain throwing up and diarrhea they say theres nothin wrong by an xray. I am h I v positive and I have pstd and then taking medications for both. I'm still in pain I'm still throwing up I still have diarrhea what could it be

Explanation,
1. You mentioned that you are hiv positive and suffering from abdominal pain, diarrhoea which might be possible due to tumours inthe intestine (lymphnode enlagement) commonly called as lymphoma as GIST-Gastro intestinal stomal tumour
2. The other possible etiology includes amoebic infection or giardiasis or due to cryptosporidium
3. Tab. Dicyclomine or if severe Inj. Buscopan along with tab. Metronidazole and electral powder will decrease the morbidity
