Need Treatment For Blue Colored Thigh After Falling Down
I jumped onto STOOL and ouch hurt my thigh...that was acouple days ago...now while taking a shower I noticed my thigh is black and blue the whole back of my thigh...I am 63 female....should I worry??? what should I do...it does not hurt anyway....it hurt when I did it ...thought I pulled my ham string...

it looks to me that you have developed blood collection in thigh. It is not a very serious condition and it can be treated with following methods.
1. Hot water fomentation..
2. Take Brufen tabet if pain occurs.
It will dissolve by its own in two to three weeks.
