Need Treatment For Difficulty In Swallowing

My husband has problem swallowing. This is happening for some time now. In January 2014 he went to ENT doctor and has been told that there is nothing wrong and that all looks ok inside his mouth. However, we continues to experience difficulties when swallowing liquid or hard food. He needs to see a doctor. What doctor specialty he should look for?
