Hi.
If there are no symptoms of pain or discomfort, there is no need to do anything.
The dislocations like these are normal and the testis will go back to the original position.
If still you have doubts, it is better to get clinically checked from an Urologist and get an ultrasonography with color doppler done to see there are no signs of torsion ( ill-effects of rotation).
If your Urologist feels , he may advise for a small procedure of fixation of the testis to the side of scrotal skin.
