Welcome to hcm,
Dizziness associated with change in posture with light headedness and loss of stability is vertigo. Neck muscle weakness also cause such thing
It is treated by doing dome exercises to strengthen your neck muscles. And having medications such as cinnarizine. And avoiding cold exposure to your ears.
Hope this explains.
