Hi, im not able to eat properly, little i eat my stomach gets full. my weight is only 43 and im 25 yrs old.. if i force myself to eat more i feel like vommitting or it doesn,t get digested. please advise what can i do so that i can be healthier.. im planning fro a kid.. Is this weight is enough if i get concieved..

Hello,

As per your complain you have problem of abdominal gas problem that may be because of indigestion or more fatty food consumption or food intolerance or intestinal infection. Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, beans, etc. Drink more water per day. Chew a food properly so air not entrapment. Use garlic and ginger in food for proper digestion. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Abdominal ultrasonography can be done for further diagnosis.
