Need Treatment For Itchy Spot On The Neck And Chest During Summer
hi my name is jennifer. i have a spot on my neck and my chest that only in the summer and not always but days where it's really hot and humid out they turn into raised red bumps that get very itchy but today for some reason they actually started to burn after i scratched at them any ideas?
