Need Treatment For Numbness & Pain In The Left Arm
Hi, I will recommend MRI of cervical spine and wrist. The radiating pain and numbness occurs due to either of the reasons - cervical spine nerve root entrapment and carpal tunnel syndrome. To workout with this, use cervical soft collar, hot water fermentation to neck and wrist, Myofascial release to the Trapezius and flexor retinaculum, strengthening exercises for shoulder girdle muscles, biceps and triceps, flexor retinaculum stretching, improving strength in the muscles of the hand.
