My 11 year old son has a testicular pain spreading to lower abdominal area. This is something that keeps coming back. He had an ultrasound done 6 months ago. Nothing unusual was found. They gave him strong antibiotic and he was fine for a while. The pain comes back at least once a month. Today it is so strong that I had to pick him up from school.
He might be having a pain due to stone that radiates from lower abdomen to testicle. Kindly get the X-ray KUB done and urine examination done to rule out urinary tract infection. let me know if the USG you have mentioned is of testis or abdomen, kindly get the abdominal USG done, Till then give him painkiller and tc care
