Nerve Pain In Left Jaw, Frequent Pain, Increased Dose Of Oxetol With Maxgalin. Side Effects?

I am 88 years old and suffering from nerve pain in my left jaw for the past 18 months. The Doctor has been gradually increasing the doze and now I take oxetol 300 in the morning with maxgalin 75' and Oxetol 450 with maxgalin 75 at night for the past one month. Now all of a sudden I have started feeling pain 10-12 times a day. The Doctor may increase the doze furthert and I am afraid of adverse side effects. Kindlynadvise.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

There could be foci of infection in your jaw.
If there is canal infection then you can undergo root canal procedure.
If whole tooth is infected then you need to remove it.

Till time you can continue your medication.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
