Hi
Thank you for the detail history. Do you have early menopause in your family.
Night sweats can be due to certain infection like TB (
tuberculosis) which is uncommon in the west. It can be due to certain other infection like UTI and
Cholangitis (bile duct) infection. certain malignancy can also cause night sweats (heavy ones)
Chest pain again need investigations with heaviness on your left hand.
Palpitation again need to be certain if it is due to abnormal heart rhythms.
Don't be shy to ask for more test, it is your life, you right to make sure if anything serious is causing these problems
get a Chest X ray and possibly a CT chest abdomen & pelvis
Blood test: CBC, renal profile, liver, LDH,
lipid profile, beta 2 microglobin and ESR, FSH, LH
ECG/EKG and exercise test or myocardial perfusion scan to rule out angina.
It may be peri menopausal symptoms. but it is usually a diagnosis of exclusion so once if all these test come back negative then you could relax and take vitamin E and if necessary consult a Gynae doctor for some medication.
Hope this helps
