No Bowel Movement, Passing Gas. Need To See Doctor?

I just got back from Italy last Friday and have not had a bowel movement since. I don t even have the urge to but I have been passing gas. I normally have bowel movements daily in the morning and that did not change when I was in Italy, only since I got back. Should I see my doctor or is there something I can do to rectify this on my own? Please advise.

Hello,
A long travel may sometimes cause constipation and hence should not be worried about.Take plenty of water and take dulcolax 2 tablets at once and may be repeated for couple of days.Soon your bowel movements should be all right.
Thanks
