No Firm Erections. Had Varicose Cell Surgery. Is This Curable?
Hi, I'm 22 years old and I do not have firm erections for penetration to occur. That already makes about 14 months. I had varicocele and prior to surgery, I was with this problem. This year I went through a varicocele surgery and during the first month after surgery, my erections were firm, it was perfect. But after the first month, I went back to get progressively worse. What can it be? It is curable? What exams are necessary?
Usually varicocele surgery dont complicate in erectile dysfunction. You had firm erections even after surgery so most likely the problem is not due to surgery. I would like to know whether you have early morning spontaneous erections in penis or not? Whether it is a complete loss of erection or partial loss? In most of individuals the problem is psychological. You can try Sildenafil or Tadalafil tablets. If not improvement occurs then visit a Psychiatrist for expert evaluation. Get your Prolactin and Testosterone levels checked.
Thanks
