Nodule In Neck, Inflammation Above Collarbone, Muscle Weakness. Cause?

I have a nodule in the base of left side of neck ( lymph node area) in addition to inflammation above collarbone and top of shoulder bulging. At times I have muscle weakness that moves into my arm . My neck burns and feels very tight and inflamed which has effected my voice and nerve sensations at times... Any ideas what could be causing this?
