Non Erosive Gastritis, Gastric Polyps, HPylori Positive. Biopsy For Polyps Done. Given Pantocid HP, Colospa, Razo. Suggestion?

Problem:- Non erosive gastritis, Gastric polyps , hPylori positive, 25Hydroxy Vitamin D at 6.8 level
Biopsy of polyps:- Features are of benign hamartomatous polyp

Medicine :- Pantocid HP for 7 days taken along with Colospa, after that Razo for 3 month and cholecalciferol granules weekly

Current Situation :- 7 days medicine completed of pantocid HP with razo being started and completed 3 days. Pain of abdomen gets reduced specially near naval, however pain starts near both side of ribs ( front and back) which comes at a glance stay and then go away. But it remains . Also pain persists below stomach in regular specially at left portion.

The type of pain comes heavily last for couple of mins and then go away. At times itching happens and

Please suggest sir shall i continue with medicine given or any addition, now its almost 3 months ( 2month Kolkata treatment) I am taking medicine and not getting proper relief.

At times when stool gets hard, little reddish can be seen at stool sideline. Still stool is not proper.

i have not taken any outside food

CHECK YOUR THYROID LEVEL, DO SIGMOIDOSCOPY FOR BLOOD MIXED WITH STOOLS. CONTINUE YOUR RAZO FOR 8 WEEKS. ADD CINTAPRO 1MG THRICE DAILY BEFORE FOOD DONT WORRY ABOUT THE POLYP. IT IS NOT MALIGNANT ONE.SUGGESTING DIET MODIFICATION AND LIFE STYLE CHANGES. CHECK YOUR EOSINOPHIL COUNT .
