Non-uniform White Patches And Pain In Mouth. Help?
sir, my inside skin (side walls ) of mouth has thicken as from normal thickness .And instead of red colour ,it has non-uniform white patches .and there are appearances of circled red patches in some portion . if i try to press outwards with the help of my tongue there is stretching pain . my age is 25 yrs and i do smoke . do help me please .

This is the time to stop smoking completely and tobacco chewing These are reversible and cure completely. take antioxidants like lycopene and ginseng take topical steroid gel like kenocort gel.
