ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query,
You should visit the doctor to rule out 2 conditions,
1) nasal bone fracture - needs correction only if there is displacement.
2) septal haematoma - wherein blood collects between the septal cartilage and its covering. It has to be drained or it can permanently damage the septum.
Regards, Dr Kishori.
