Nose Is Bleeding During Summer, Please Suggest Me Remedy For It

Hi, my daughter age - 11 years , has got bleeding from the nose during summer , and since now we are in uae , please advise how to prevent the same, summer is here is about 50-55 degree in temp.

Oil her head. And advise her not to blow her nose forcefully. She should blow one nostril at a time, and should close the other nostril. These changes shall help. If it continues, then a nose drops for the same can  be used.
