Nosebleed Due To High BP. Taking Olmezest. Can Systolex Be Taken?

i had bleeding from my nose on August 25, 2012. On check-up was informed that I had high BP, 190/130.
I have been having medication (OLMEZEST 40 A M)for the past one year.
By the beginning of 2013 my BP was under control.
Last month i moved from India to USA and i do not have stock of the medicine i been taking. I haven't checked my BP presently but symptoms such as headache, doziness is increasing.
Please advise on medicine and also whether I should try Systolex (a natural medication for BP that isaw on the internet).

You are having Hypertension and was taking Olmezest Am which is combination of Olmesartan and amlodipine and your Blood pressure was under control.
Firstly these medicine should not be stopped as blood pressure can become too high if you stop them.
If stock is finished you need to visit Physician there and get the drug I am sure both the molecule Amlodipine and Olmesartan are available there but you need to get prescription there.
These medicine like Systolex are natural supplements and nonprescription medicine hence helpful in mild high blood pressure.
Your blood pressure reading was high 190/130 mm of Hg.That is stage II of Hypertension and need urgent therapy.
