As far as the cycle is concerned, earlier it was more than 30 days, may be 45 days sometimes, but after Laproscpy the cycle was exactly of 30 days, still what is the problem..? Hi,
If your hormonal profiles, tubal patency, ovulation status are all normal and the tests of your male partner are also normal, you can try IUI. There could be cervical factors that hinder movement of sperms and IUI would be useful in such cases. There is no specific treatment and no assumption of the time taken for conception in unexplained infertility. The management is variable based on individual situation and need. You may consult an expert in infertility for a better appraisal of your situation. Hope this information is useful to you. Good luck.
