Not Able To Conceive. What Can Be Done?

i am trying to conceive for the past 5 years but in vain. we have undergone all the medical tests, the reports of which turned out to be normal. now i am taking amway products like protien, fiber, omega 3, folic acid, ginseng etc. will these products help me to conceive? will be grateful for your suggestion.

Hi,
* For conception,A regular menstrual cycle with ovulation,a normal sperm count with healthy, motile sperms, a healthy cervical mucus to facilitate sperm movements & an intercourse around ovulation is essential.
You must have undergone tests to confirm all these factors.
* A physical check up for position of uterus ( Anteverted/ retroverted)& a suitable sex position is essential for sperm movement through mouth of uterus.
* Ovulation date should be known by Ovulation study, LH surge test & sex should be planned accordingly.
* the Amway products you are taking provide a healthy atmosphere for conception. Folic acid is given to prevent certain spinal abnormalities in fetus .
