Hello and welcome to HCM,
After menopause, the level of estrogens fall in the body. Deficiency of estrogens cause dryness, soreness, thinning, and irritation of the external genitalia.
Sometimes the vagina and vulva becomes white in color due to changes known as senile changes.
Itching can also develop due to drying and thinning of the skin.
Redness can develop due to itching caused by scratching of the skin.
You can use estrogen ointment for restoration of the skin vitality.
You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical examination before taking the prescription of the ointment.

Thanks and take care
