Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate self-explanatory history.
Noted your history of breathing problems all the time, for 24 hours.
You have a bone growing inside the nose.
Since you know that there is a bone growth I would advise you the following:
Get a consultation of an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination.
CT scan of the nose and
sinuses to see for any associated problems.
Get an appointment for surgery and get operated to correction of the bony defects. This will clear your problem permanently.
This may also help to get a relief of the gastric problem, if not go for upper GI
Endoscopy and get treated with appropriate PPI and other medicines as required.
Before you go for surgery have an opinion of a
Neurologist so that MRI of the brain and/or
cervical spine be done to see the reason for the left hand movement and treated accordingly.
