Noticed A Bruise On The Left Leg And Elbow Due To An Accident

I just wanted to know, my girlfriend has a bruise that was the result of an automobile accident and she has bruising on her left leg (thigh area) and left arm above the elbow. The bruising has gone down a bit but still visible on the arm but the left leg is still really black and sore. There is s a noticable bump on the leg as well. It is soft and painful. What is the diagnosis and what would be the best treatment to help the bruising and bump go away?

Hi
Thanks for writing your query
Based on your description, the lump on leg is because of periosteitis that is inflammation of sheath of bone following injury to bone. My advice for her would be tab.limcee, thrombophob ointment, along with trypsin/chymotrypsin under medical guidance.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
