Noticed A Cut On Vagina. What Could It Be?

Hi, I noticed that I have sort of a cut by the base of my vagina lips right in the crease of where your vagina ends and your outer butt begins (hard to explain). It looks as if it may be caused by too much wetness and rubbing, but there's also a little whitehead-looking bump on both sides even though the scratch is on one side only. I just want to make sure this isn't an std or sti. I'm 18 and I am sexually active.

White headed bumps,cut indicates some infection.
It usually occurs due to rough,forceful sex, improper hygiene after unprotected sex,scratching after perspiration.
Take proper local care,wash it with antiseptic liquid and apply anti fungal,antibacterial cream to prevent further infection.
Nsaid to subside pain,inflammation.
Avoid sex till get complete cure,avoid tight undergarment.
Get examined by gynecologist for proper diagnosis and medications.

Hi cut on the vagina with bumps on it can be vaginitis.it can be mixed infection of bacterial and fungal infection.it can be due to sexual intercourse with partner having balanitis.diabetic patients etc.it can be treated with azithryomycin 1 gm on the first day followed by 500 mg daily once for three days .use of flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for three weeks can cure the condition.application of fudic cream in the morning and onabet ointment in the night can cure it
