Noticed A Large Dent At The Center Of The Head. What It Could Be?

I don't think it may be a serious condition, however, consider having done imaging such as plain radiographs or CT scan of the head in order to evaluate correctly any bone lesions. In most cases, there is no need for treatment. Discuss with your Doctor for these issues. Follow up is sufficient.
