Noticed A Little Bump On The Roof Of The Mouth

Hello, I am a 31 yr old female and have smoked off and on. I feel a little bump on the roof of my mouth on the right side. It feels a little bruised. I noticed it a couple of days ago and the bruised feeling has gotten a little better. I took a mirror and light from my iPhone to look at it and I can t really see much. I do see some little lines? Don t really know how to explain. I m just worried that its something bad. Also, can you you have normal lumps and bumps in your mouth like under your tongue or floor of the mouth? Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thank you

Hello, Thank you for consulting with HCM.
Actually in persons who have a history of smoking for a long time, a red area develops on the roof of the mouth called as smokers palate, in which there can be burning also.
But it can be dangerous also in future, First thing you should do is to discontinue the habit of smoking.
Hope it will help you.
