Hello It seems from the history that you had a injury to the eye brow following which there was a open wound which was sutured. The swelling of the eyelids following injury is because of collection of blood in the layers of the skin of eyelids. There is no need to worry about the swelling it will decrease by itself. Applying cold compression will help to resolve the symptom.
Thank you
