Noticed A Swollen Bump Around Anus

I was having sex with my partner and the end it got a little rough, and he hit my anus twice, really hard and fast, now the area around my anus has airy swollen bubble around it, looks like maybe the skin was broken as well,.how should i treat this and get it to go away asap

Well come to HCM
Because of the trauma the area might have swelled, now this need to be treated with anti-inflammatory drug with antibiotic also and the best drug would be.
1) Tab Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice in day
2) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day
