Noticed Bumps Filled With Pus On The Genitals Of A 2 Year Old

Hi, My 2 year old daughter has a couple of bumps on her genital area. One on the bottom of her butt (seemed to dry up within about 2 days), but the other is on the side of her vagina. The area is slightly hardened and swollen. It seems to have puss (that doesn't come out) and blood. It appears to be very painful for her.
