Hi,
The possible steps that can help you are: - Take plenty of water at least 3 to 4 liters per day
- Avoid holding the urine
- Use vaginal wash with pH 3.5 to 4.5 instead of soaps or antiseptic solutions for local hygiene
- Urine alkalizer can help in decreasing the burning micturition
- If still symptoms persist better consult gynecologist and get the examined to find out the presence of any
vaginal infection and take treatment accordingly
- During
menstruation you have to change sanitary pads in every 6 to 8 hours, if you are allergic to any particular brand trying to change it
- Using cotton undergarments and avoiding tight fitting clothes can decrease the symptoms to some extent
- Taking medicines for worm infestation can decrease the symptoms, if that is the cause.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
