Noticed Change In Hair Texture Along With Open Sores On Scalp. Using Antibiotic For Open Slit On Ear
Just the same ear. Three months ago ,I noticed a change in my hair. Much finer and wavier.
Then I had open sores on my scalp. I have been using all natural shampoo and conditioner
That has helped. I have one ear that becomes open slit on the top. I use a antibiotic
And that seems to help. I stop using and it starts again. I do use hair spray that I never used before.

Hi open sores along with hairfall can be due to iirritant dermatitis of the dye or due to disseminated lupus erythematosus.rule out dle first.by seeing for other exposed areas for the similar reactions.
It can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night.broad spectrum antibiotic twice daily and oral steriods like wysolone 30 mg tapered to 10 mg within 15 days along with application of fucidin or fusibet ointment over the lesions can cure the condition
