Noticed Delay In Periods After Taking Birth Control Pills

Hi everyone! I really need your help. Last month I began taking birth control when I started my period (march 4) I took it for about 2 weeks then stopped because it made my period 2 weeks long. Once I stopped the birth control, my period gradually stopped over the course of the next few days/next week. Now, its April 7th and I haven t gotten my period, is this normal? Will my cycle be messed up before of what the birth control did to my last period? I had protected sex once after coming off of birth control. I am having slight cramps now, and I m hoping its coming soon. Just wondering if this is normal.
