Noticed Pain In The Left Foot After A Fall
Hi, i landed very hard and flat on my feet after a 8 foot jump, my left foot hurts when i put weight on it but not too extreme, just enough to make me limp. most of the pain is in the heel and around the ankle. Do i need to see a doctor? And how long does it take to heal?

Examination of foot and ankle for bony tenderness, and also range of motion of ankle,stress testing of ankle to assess ligament injuries is to be done,
Since it is low velocity injury it could be simple sprain,
