Two days after unprotected sex with my girlfriend my foreskin became inflamed and I had a thin white coating on my tongue. My penis barley itches but at first it seemed to peel. My penis head feels slightly irritated. I used yeast infection cream (3 day) for about 4-5 days after this started and it helped but I think masterbation has made the problem reoccurs/get worse. I m not sure what to do
