I have swelling right at the jawline w/ no pain on both sides. I think it s been this way a couple months, but it kind of comes and goes every time I think about going to the doctor. It s something that s happened to me on and off for since I was a teenager, but I ve always been better by the time I could get an appointment w/ an ENT. How do I know if it s something serious or just recurrent viruses or something?

hello thanks fr cnsultng at hcm..even fr a facial acne, lymph node gets swollen.variety of reasons fr swelling at jw..it could be infected teeth also..i suggest nxt tm it swells either w pain/w out pain, plz consult a oral medine r oral surgeon specialist..hope it helps.tc
